Welcome back!

The NWMI Fishing Club is bringing back their portable fishing pond to the Trout Festival this year. It will be set up on Friday & Saturday at the Kalkaska Fire Department, 209 Laurel St, from 10 am to 5 pm. Our youngest fisher kids, up to age 10, are welcome to stop in for a more low key fishing experience than our Kids' Fishing Contest on Saturday offers. The youngsters will be able to catch a trout and it will be put in an ice-filled baggie for them to take home. Older siblings are welcome, too.
